Meditate on Guru Rinpoche for an indefinite length of time without losing the thread. Then your own breath. Then carry that into standing, walking, talking with others. This is the Elephant Path. The foundation of everything.

Lucid dreaming as training ground. The elephant path in sleep. Regular lucidity — start with one lucid dream a week. The WBTB method. Autosuggestion. Reality checks. This is where the real practice accelerates.

The bardo of deep sleep
Not just lucid dreams but awareness through dreamless sleep. Harder. The gap between dreams. Consciousness persisting through the void. This is advanced territory — the ground is prepared by stages 1 and 2.
